  • How to Get LDN

The best place to start is with your doctor.

Do your research and print out information that will help you make your case that this is a cheap, approved drug that has zero side effects at the tiny dose that is used for treatment for Cancer. This works well for many.

If you cannot get a prescription from your doctor, LDN is available over the internet at this pharmacy, for instance: NaltrexoneRx.com. No prescription is needed if you are not a resident of Mexico.

  • How to Take LDN

    Step 1

Ideal dosage when treating cancer is 4.5mg. For most people with auto-immune diseases, it is recommended that they ramp their dosage up slowly. Those with cancer do not have time for that. If, after two weeks, you find that 4.5 mg is uncomfortable for you, in any way, then it is possible to drop down to 3 mg to see if it makes a difference. By that time, you have had a chance to let the LDN start to work well.

    Step 2
A small percentage of the people starting on LDN report having more vivid dreams. These are usually pleasant and probably caused by being closer to the waking state than usual, so you remember the dreams that you normally have, but forget. Many people report sleeping much better than before after the first couple of nights. If there is a problem with sleep, the addition of melatonin at night can be a big help.

    Step 3
Keep a symptom log. Track all of your cancer and/or LDN symptoms and side effects, so you can see at a glance how the low dose naltrexone affects you.

    Step 4
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about any dosage increase. You know best how you are feeling.
